Office Hours - Abnormal Psychology

Jenny is sitting in her office, quietly typing on her laptop. She has some Solstice gifts for any members of her class that might stop by, something special for her TA, and presents for the Investigators' Club members who have magical abilities.

She'll ask Kiki to deliver the other gifts in the interests of promoting roleplay with new people.

"How can I ever say no to chocolate?" asked Jenny. "Thanks! Have a seat." She opened the drawer of her desk and pulled out a small package wrapped in paper decorated with brightly colored holly berries. "I got you a little something when I was shopping online for books for next semester. It's not quite the Solstice yet, but, hey, happy holidays, right?"

"Psychology?" she says with a grin, "Oh, this might be very very helpful, as well as being an interesting read. Thank you." She puts her hand in her pocket and thinks very carefully before pulling out a lovely little silver-colored figure of a woman, in abstract, dancing. "Happy holidays to you as well," she says, placing it on the desk.

"Jung can get kinda esoteric," says Jenny. "But that's what makes him fun. I've got a whole class on his work next term." She wrapped her hands around the cup of hot chocolate and took a drink.

"Oh, what a beautiful figurine," she said. "I used to dance, at least until I was in college. No time to keep up with that and the double major."

OOC: Oh, God, did you just give me a sculpture made of Replicator bits? Sneaky and evil of you!

“A whole class? I think I have a few students this past semester in need of your classes,” she says with a laugh.

“I’m fond of watching people dance. Humans People can move so gracefully when they’re trained.”

"It's a pretty wide-ranging discipline," says Jenny. "I don't know how much Jung is gonna help slacker students, though. Which I'm presuming you're talking about."

The word choice makes Jenny blink, but she recovers quickly. "Well, you know, it was fun," she says. "Lots of modern dance, lots of ballet and a bit of jazz, with a few other things thrown in. Then? Life it and my spare time flew down the tubes."
