At 2pm, Parker put up a sign on the door of the library:

By the sign-in sheet there is an application to be in the club. Take one and turn it in to m.parker@fandomhigh.net by next Friday. Applications will be considered by club advisors and officers.

"Rory said you saved her from Drusilla a couple nights ago." Parker glared at him. "True, or untrue? And you know the shoes are grounds for a restraining order."

"Oh. Yeah." Angel shrugged. "No big thing. Hey, do you really need to get a urine sample in order for me to fill out the rest of this? Because if that's so you should've been serving coffee."

"Still. It helps to know you can put your money where your fangs are." Parker rolled her eyes. "And if you want to be giving out samples, talk to someone who swings that way. Or bring your own coffee."

"It's what I do." Angel finished the form with a large flourish of his signature and handed it over to Parker. "You still on for the trip to New York tonight?"

Constant subject changes? What constant subject changes? Angel does no such thing, of course.

"Yeah." The glare turns into a smirk. "You, me, Jack, and CJ. This should be... interesting."

"Of course." Parker raises an eyebrow. "Six years of it, I'd like to see someone else suffer to create beauty. You like ballet?" Parker's tone implies that she never, ever would have pegged Angel for a ballet lover.

"With your legs I should've figured you for a dancer," Angel said. "And yeah. Love it. That's why I'm going."

Parker crossed her ankles and tipped him a look. "I got too tall to be anything but Queen of the Wilis, so I quit." After a pause, she said, "This trip ought to be... interesting."
