Lana comes in a bit out of breath having just run upstairs to deposit her purchases and then run back down. "Hey, I'm here. What do I do?"

"I'll hand you a list of 20 words, you get one minute to learn them, then I'll take the list away and in five minutes you have to write down as many as you can remember."

She hands her the words and sets her stop watch.

After the time was up, Shep writes the words down. They've been broken into sets, the way he recategorized them to help him remember them all.
