After Classics--and a quick trip to visit Daniel--Janet opened up the library, dropped her backpack in a corner, and started finding excuses not to work.

Angel looked surprised at Wesley's response. "Are you sure? Because I feel like somewhere out there you and I spend a lot of time together."

A slow smile shaped Angel's face. "Or maybe I'm just thinking we should do that."

Wesley backs up another step, nearly colliding with Janet, then dodges, nearly colliding with Zero. "I very much doubt it. Our professional paths make it unlikely."

Angel watched Wes stumble as though he found the whole thing charming.

"Professional? What about personal?"
