Marty waved to Sam as he waited for Parker or Angel to show up.

He of course did not now anything about NID Agents, but he did wonder why Janet tried to steal a stuffed bear from FAO Schwartz.

Marty smiles at Carter. "Hey Carter. Recover from Chicago yet? By the way, I never got to ask you and Janet... What was the deal with the store security at FAO Schwartz?"

"Hey, Marty. Thanks again for letting us use your place for the night. Very comfy floors, too."

"Store security at FAO Schwartz?" Damn it. She bit her lip, trying to come up with a good cover story. "Oh, that? Yeah, that was just a misunderstanding. Nothing serious."

"Well I wouldn't call the floors comfy, but at least I didn't end up sleeping in the bathtub," Marty says before getting back to the whole FAO thing. "I mean... you guys weren't trying to steal that stuffed bear were you?"
