Janine sets up the ticket booth outside the doors of the theater while Marshall runs the final tech check on the lights and sound equipment. This is going to be the best Holiday Pageant ever!

Jaye leans over the edge of the sleigh as far as she can and whispers to Death, "Give him a hug and call him 'Daddy.' He likes that."

*DEATH seems mildly perplexed by this, but, after a moment of consideration, shrugs and sets his scythe aside. Shimmying in his most provocative manner, DEATH makes his way to the sleigh, does his jazz hands at the Principal, and then slides into the jolly red man's lap, throwing his arms around Principal Bristow in what he hopes is an enthusasic manner.*

Principal Bristow would push DEATH off of him, but he's not sure he can actually do it. Instead, he shifts uncomfortably, as is his usual modus operandi. "Mr. DEATH. Thank you for your, ah, enthusiasm. But I think Ms. Tyler would like to do a reprise of her dance number. With bells on."

Jaye goes pale.

And then she thinks, hell. So far tonight she's sung without knowing the words, tango danced like a zombie queen, interperated Christmas and danced around the Rory tree, and now she's wearing bells.

She shimmies.

It makes a pretty sound, at least.

*DEATH spins her in his best Fosse style, making them both appear as if they are in the middle of a 8.0 earthquake. He then jazz handses at her and picks her up, shaking her slightly in a sylized manner that he thinks would make Fosse proud, listening to her jingle festively*
