Chloe sits in the Journalism classroom, tapping away at her laptop. If you glance at the screen fast enough, you might catch her playing solitaire before she switches windows and brings up actual work.

"I got to tour Special Collections," Angela volunteers. "And I think I'm engaged to the toaster."

"At least the weird was fun today."

"Lucky you. You're not even a cat," Rory smiles, looking up over her laptop at Angela. "S'okay, Logan and I are apparently having a threesome with it."

Angela smiles. "I told Parker I had to be girl-shaped when we were done, and it worked. Didn't lose any body parts either. But dude, there's a monkey back in there." She stretches her arms over her head.

"Do you still want to work in the library next term? Or did I make up that we talked about that?"

"Naughty, naughty toaster."

"I think you're psychic!" Rory laughs. "Because we never talked about it, but I applied. So yeah, I really want to. It'd be fun."

"It should be awesome," Angela says. "Seriously, Special Collections is ... you won't believe it until you're in."

Rory arches a brow. "Good or bad?"

"Yes," Angela says. "It's ... huge, and there was a monkey, and a librarian who talked about soft places, and bookshelves that moved when I talked to them, and the monkey threw books at us, and ... seriously, I can't even pretend to explain it. Ask Parker or Zero. Or Janet."
