"Morning, Liz." Jack reads the board. "Huh. She wasn't in the TARDIS this morning so I figured that she was here. Have you seen her?"

"Morning, Jack," Elizabeth smiles at him, before looking serious again. "Not since last night... she was drinking a lot, alone, at Caritas."

Jack frowns, confused. "That's weird. I wondered why I didn't see her at Shane's last night. I figured she'd gone out with Ten and Dr. Pierson, since they weren't there either. It doesn't make any sense that she was alone."

Elizabeth shook her head. "She left a message on Adam's answer machine... that's Dr. Pierson, isn't it? She wasn't happy last night, and that's an understatement."

"Yeah, Adam is Dr. Pierson's first name." Jack is looking more concerned by the second.

"I'll head to the library and see him after class," Elizabeth says, her face echoing Jack's concern. "She was just... drinking," she sighs.
