Math Class for Wednesday, November 2 16:00-18:00

Since Mr. Eppes is out sick today, he has asked me to take over class.

So...announcements for today:
* Murphy MacManus, please talk to me about getting the notes for previous classes.
* Lily, Alanna, Jack or Han if you could be kind enough to give him those notes, that'd be great.
* If Kitty Pryde misses this class, she has detention. Um, er. Yeah.
* If Archie Kennedy misses this class, and does not give a valid excuse by Sunday, he's kicked out of class.

I'll get the classes started with the assignments for the day.

"Sweet. Can you actually help me with the assignment? I know how to run a computer, but anything beyond the basics is a little bit beyond my reach. The topic I can understand, but how do you use it in computers? Modeling software?"

"Sure!" Broots grabbed the book and began gabling on about computers. Some of it may have been even relevant.

Lisa nods, nods, give him a curious look, and then finally starts to blank out.

"Thanks, Broots. I think I understood about 1/8th of that, but what I did catch was actually really helpful." She gives him an amused but grateful smile. "Where did you learn all this stuff?"

Broots shrugged. "I guess I just kinda picked it up. Mostly self taught. My old school had a really good computer lab that no one used, so the teacher let me fool around a bit with the equipment. And hide from people."

Broots shrugged. "No clue. He sent me an e-mail saying he had the flu and will be spending the day in bed." He paused for a moment. "I hope he has the flu."
