In His Office, Wednesday Afternoon (not technically office hours)

[Although he's not technically holding office hours, Geoff is in his office today, working on materials for his next few classes. Which would probably be going better if he would stop staring out the window.]

[Ten is leaning against the doorframe, nonchalant. His eyes never leave Geoff's face.]
[in the same voice] I heard that you were at Spike's last night.

I heard it on the radio. CJ was too damn drunk to tell me much of anything. She wouldn't bloody stop kissing me until she passed out. And when CJ gets that drunk, she likes to talk. [He moves into the room and closes the door. Hard.]

[He walks up to the desk and holds the edge with his hands, leaning forward.] Nothing's the problem, Geoff. You behaved with perfect propriety. And I'm certain she told you quite a bit of interesting information that I know you won't tell anyone else. Because you're a good man, Geoff.

[His eyes are dark, and he leans forward a little more.] I'm not concerned, Geoff. Not at all. CJ likes you, I like you, we all like you and everyone's happy.

Feisty of you. I like that. [He sits on the edge of the desk.] You're quite badass when you want to be. Did I tell you that turns me on?

[His eyes darken and he smirks just a little as he stands up, face even with Geoff's.] Go ahead. Kick me to the curb. But know this, boy writer. You've turned down a damn fine chance.

[And he leans in and kisses Geoff, smoothly, slowly, as if he weren't under the influence of anything.
Then he turns, walks to the door, and opens it.] Have a good day.

[He turns, snorts and makes a closing-mouth motion with one hand.] Geoff, mate, if you knew how completely wrong you are, the stars would fall from the heavens. So DO shut up before I'm forced to make you do so in a way that would be exceedingly pleasant.

Good. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have business to take care of. Good afternoon, Geoff.

[And he's down the hall.]
