[Although he's not technically holding office hours, Geoff is in his office today, working on materials for his next few classes. Which would probably be going better if he would stop staring out the window.]

[He turns, snorts and makes a closing-mouth motion with one hand.] Geoff, mate, if you knew how completely wrong you are, the stars would fall from the heavens. So DO shut up before I'm forced to make you do so in a way that would be exceedingly pleasant.

[Ten's response surprises Geoff into silence. He stands silent, grimly studying the man, trying to figure what could have happened to bring about such an abrupt change in personality. He resolves to call CJ, just as soon as the Doctor is out the door.]
