For those who didn't see the edit, the newspaper crew meeting is now in the Journalism classroom.


William sits on one of the desks in the classroom, waiting a little anxiously for others to arrive. He holds onto his notebook tightly.

Chloe slips in right behind Phoebe, keeping a good eye on Phoebe before glancing around. "Sorry. I was helping out with the gremlins." She sits down next to Veronica, still picking bits of fur off of her pants.

"We heard," William murmurs, and quickly recounts what they've gone over. "Next order of business is probably formatting, since I think everyone here knows what they're going to be doing for the paper?"

"Yeah, about that - you still want me to be a columnist? Any particular focus you want for that?"

"No particular focus. Find things that are interesting and follow up on them. No personal affairs, though-- this isn't a gossip column, and we're not going to bother with who's dating who and all that." This seems to be more of a personal irk than a real worry. "Just find News."

"I'm going to see if I can get some pictures of the alleged furry green monsters that were attacking people."

"Good," William says approvingly. "Stories go in the paper in order of interest, probably; things like this'll be front page. Then on the back we'll have Jo's serial, and various columns and maybe a crossword breaking up the rest of the text."

Veronica chuckles.

"That sounds like something for your Wall of Wierd."

"Oh, that is exactly the kind of thing that goes on the Wall of Weird," Chloe says, smirking.

Phoebe is glad to see Chloe. That meant that there was someone that could back up her story as to what happened.

Phoebe, hey. Hank's freaking out. Do you want to come back to Anders' room? I can't find the doctor/nurse/whoever anywhere. And Miss Sidle isn't answering her door.

*looks doubtfully at Spider, not sure he qualifies as an authority figure*

Phoebe sighs and looks at Chloe and Veronica and then back to Parker.

"I'm not sure it's safe to keep me quarantined with Anders..."

Parker looks intrigued. "Oh, reeeeally. Care to explain why?"

Phoebe decides to be honest.

"Because if Mr. Naked comes near me I might be forced to defend myself."

Parker's mouth twitches. "Ahhh." She pauses, tilting her head. "Remind me why that's a bad thing?"

Phoebe ponders this.

"I'm thinking, I'm thinking..."

"When you figure it out, let me know." Parker stretchs her arms out. "Meanwhile, let's get some cookies. It might help, you never know."

Phoebe looks at Chloe and Veronica. "Thank you for offering me a place to stay, but they may be right in that I need to be around a doctor for awhile. Can I call you if it gets to be too tense for me?"

She looks baack at MParker.

"Yeah, cookies fix everything."
