Books. Coffee on a little wheely cart. Even some non-crumbly snacks set out on a table in the hall, with a little placard set up reading, "Do not bring near the books."

Emma had brought with her what was, perhaps, the most vital thing to their survival:

Coffee. Do you have any idea what a library full of addicts would do without regular access to the Perk?

She set two 16oz bags of the classic espresso grind by the little wheely cart, for whomever had access to the coffee-maker before going to work. Of course, she had more in her bag, but it was hers.

Otherwise, she was going to immerse herself in whatever almost-useful things she could find, while keeping a telepathic ear out for anyone who might stumble across good information.
