Cultural Understanding, Monday
For class today, Morrigan and Alistair had shoved all the seats to one side of the room, leaving a large clear area. "We told you last week what would be expected today," Morrigan began crisply. "If you did not audition for the recital-thing, you will perform for us now."
"We care not what it is - holiday or otherwise - merely that you share some form of entertainment."
"So no, it doesn't have to be about... whatever you do that isn't Satinalia," Alistair contributed. He had puppets lying in his lap. Please don't ask him why he had puppets. "But it should be something like home. Or something that reminds you of home. Or just a very good joke..."

Perform!
Re: Perform!
Yes. Yes, Warren was standing up and singing New York, New York today. Because so help him, that was... about as close to culture as he had, thanks. And while he didn't have any musical accompaniment, and he wasn't exactly what anyone would consider a songbird, it wasn't... uh... terrible.
He was blushing pretty fiercely by the time he returned to his seat. If anyone needed him, he was hiding under one wing.
Re: Perform!
You're welcome, class.
Re: Perform!
She sat there, eyes closed as her hands beat out a rhythm. It was easy for her to get lost in it, even when she wasn't very experienced at the drums yet. Ranon had been teaching her, though.
