All Wesley had been trying to do was shelve some books. Honestly. He hadn't been in here for several weeks, what with the situation in Panem, but he had assumed that the other students who worked here had at least managed to keep it running in his absence. He had not, however, expected to find several sections of books entirely roped off despite not being even remotely connected to Special Collections. All that he could figure was that perhaps someone had had the misfortune to be the victim of a heavy book falling on his or her head, and the sections had been consequently roped off, but that seemed to be a bit extreme.

And on top of that, when he went to call the librarian to find out what was going on, he found the phone wrapped in bubble-wrap.

This was... very confusing.
