Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

Once people got through their introductions and initial brain breaking, some of them would surely want to sit down. Luckily, there were plenty of tables and chairs set up across the lawn, some in the shade, some out in the open, some close to the buffet, and some in as much of a shadowy corner as one could get in an outdoor space with no actual walls. It was all part of the Fandom experience, really.

"If I did pick a cheesy nickname for you I'd probably keep it to myself," he told her. "And that is by no means an admission of guilt."

Quinn smirked. "I'll have to use my imagination," she said. "So what do you like to do with yourself, Luke Castellan?"

Starting a war and having increasingly awkward encounters with his ex-boyfriend didn't seem like very good answers so Luke decided to stick with what was simple, even if it wasn't much of the truth these days.

"Hang out in the salle mostly," Luke said. "Though I have been known to show up to parties, dances and homecomings. Not sororities though. I'd make for a terrible girl. I think it's the broad shoulders."

"I think you're right," Quinn said, with feigned regret. "Too bad. I have a perfect eyeliner that would bring out those eyes."

Luke chuckled. "You want to put eyeliner on me, last week another girl wanted me to wear a bejeweled headband. Girls at this school have some weird interests."
