The library had been awfully... well-behaved as of late, so William supposed it was about time for something like this to happen. "Something like this" being the cans of Orange Crush soda that were appearing at random intervals on the shelves.
William had been around long enough to know better than to attempt to try and collect them all off the shelves; they'd probably just reappear as soon as his back was turned. So, he let them be aside from the occasional nudging one out of the way to reshelve a book.
