Fandom High Welcome Picnic, Front Lawn of the School, All Day: Part II

In order to give people a place to get away from the traffic jam of the buffet and information tables, most of the chairs and tables for guests were set up further out on the lawn, under a tall blue and gold tent. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit down and enjoy themselves, but it might not have all been dry. Did we mention being grateful that it was just water falling from the sky?

Lindsay had just returned from her trip home. Immediately, she made her way to the welcome picnic.

"You're back! I haven't seen you around for a while," said Lion-o. "You never know sometimes if people will come back when they leave."

Lindsay peered at Lion-o. "I've only been gone a few days."

Of course, she was not entirely social, so it could have seemed like she had not been around for awhile.

"I wasn't sure when you left, but I was worried when I stopped by your work and you weren't there," said Lion-o. "Apparently there's another World Cup going on. I thought I should pick up some more soccer shirts for the Thunderkittens."

"Oh! Well, I'll be there this week," Lindsay told him. "I can order some for you if you want. I don't mind."
