"It's fine," Gabrielle assured him, sticking her foot out and wiggling it a little as if that would emphasize her point. The promised new boots from Xena seemed to have a little extra padding around the ankles for support, and considering the dent that had to have made in their less than full money pouch Gabrielle'd have to thank her for that later. "You know, this would have been a piece of cake without the fishing part -- I know, I know, that's the point."
