Your child's/ward's/whatever relationship you have with this person's Class Schedule
A Map of the School and Town
A Schedule of Events for Parents Weekend
The rules and regulations of Parents Weekend
A Coupon Book

At the desk is a sign saying:
Please sign in here for Parents Weekend

And depending who is looking at the sign it will magically say:
To ensure everyone's safety, please surrender any Firearms/Weaponry/Magical doodads that will cause harm to our students.

Your property will be returned to you before you leave.

ETA: Parents/Guardians are now required to check in on their own.
((OOC: In other words... If your parents are somewhat "normal" and unarmed they will not see the message. Unless they are packing some kind of weapon, and then they will be see it. Got it?))

Hammond takes the information packet. He gives it a cursory glance, flipping idly through a few pages. The map, class schedule, and the weekend schedule catch his eye as he does so, and he nods in approval. "Thank you," he says.

He pauses as he turns to leave, however, a thought occuring to him. "Ah...Mister Blank, I think another member of our family, Murray, will be showing up later. I assume the same information will be available for him?"
