Included in the packets are:
Your child's/ward's/whatever relationship you have with this person's Class Schedule
A Map of the School and Town
A Schedule of Events for Parents Weekend
The rules and regulations of Parents Weekend
A Coupon Book

At the desk is a sign saying:
Please sign in here for Parents Weekend

And depending who is looking at the sign it will magically say:
To ensure everyone's safety, please surrender any Firearms/Weaponry/Magical doodads that will cause harm to our students.

Your property will be returned to you before you leave.

Thank you!

ETA: Parents/Guardians are now required to check in on their own.
((OOC: In other words... If your parents are somewhat "normal" and unarmed they will not see the message. Unless they are packing some kind of weapon, and then they will be see it. Got it?))

"Oh, you know. Pretty well. My classes are good. Except psychology. Sorry, I know you like it, but I think the teacher's... not good." Broots relaxes a bit. Of all the people at the Centre, Sydney had been the least intimidating. "Mr. Parker isn't here?"

Parker shoots Broots a sullen look, then says, her voice clipped, "No. He was called away on an emergency."

"I'm glad to hear that, Broots." *makes a mental note in passing to check out the psychology teacher* "And it's quite all right. Everyone has their own gifts and callings."

*looks about* "Is your family attending this weekend?"

"They're supposed to be here by now," Broots answers, looking nervous. "I sure hope they didn't miss their flight. I mean, maybe they got lost, or the taxi took them to the wrong place--"

Sydney just smiles as Broots scurries off. He's a good kid.

"So, Parker. Anyone you want to introduce me to?" *smiles*

Parker looks around, hoping to spot Fraiser or Carter, but they aren't there yet. She does see Veronica and her father, as well as Anya. She waves to her and her... demon?

"One or two." She spots Alanna handling Security. "Let me introduce you to Alanna, the one I was trying to get elected Security Officer. She still got the job, or at least half of it."
