Rover, Martin Blank and Alanna Trebond sit at the registration table with information packets

Included in the packets are:
Your child's/ward's/whatever relationship you have with this person's Class Schedule
A Map of the School and Town
A Schedule of Events for Parents Weekend
The rules and regulations of Parents Weekend
A Coupon Book

At the desk is a sign saying:
Please sign in here for Parents Weekend

And depending who is looking at the sign it will magically say:
To ensure everyone's safety, please surrender any Firearms/Weaponry/Magical doodads that will cause harm to our students.

Your property will be returned to you before you leave.

Thank you!

ETA: Parents/Guardians are now required to check in on their own.
((OOC: In other words... If your parents are somewhat "normal" and unarmed they will not see the message. Unless they are packing some kind of weapon, and then they will be see it. Got it?))

Alanna smiled up at him. "Hi, and welcome to Fandom High! Please take a packet." Alanna hands him a packet. "And your name please, and the name of the student you are here for?"

Chewbacca growls into his translator.

I am Chewbacca, guardian of record for the human Han Solo.

He pulls Han around to stand beside him.

Introduce me to your she-cub friend, from that Thursday. The translator does not convey all the nuances, but Han flinches.

"Hi Alanna." Han looks almost sheepish. "Chewbacca, this is Alanna Trebond, and she can't possibly have been one of those you smelled on me. She clobbered me with a vase."

Alanna didn't laugh, she was way too nervous. "Pleasure to meet you, and yeah, sorry about that." She checked everything off on her clip board. "Check in with Rover and enjoy your stay!"

He nods gravely to the girl. His nose is not wrong.

He moved on. Han trailed in his wake, looking back at Alanna suspiciously
