Steve was nothing if not prompt, but today he started the workshop a few minutes late, to allow students who'd discovered the sudden climate change only on coming outside time to go back and change into something they wouldn't overheat in.

Once everyone was assembled and signed in (and properly attired) he said, "Right, then, FALL IN," and blew the whistle before setting off on their run. PEEP!

The tires weren't so bad, really. Because someone had been focusing mostly on the running part of exercise and less on the ass kicking.

But the rope... oh, the rope taunted him so with its upper body strength needing attributes. But he'd give it a shot. And grumbled under his breath the whole time. "Build a machine to do this..."
