Outdoor Activities, Monday Period 1, Week 2

Steve was nothing if not prompt, but today he started the workshop a few minutes late, to allow students who'd discovered the sudden climate change only on coming outside time to go back and change into something they wouldn't overheat in.

Once everyone was assembled and signed in (and properly attired) he said, "Right, then, FALL IN," and blew the whistle before setting off on their run. PEEP!

Sam was actually prepared for this today but man, did it feel different when it was so hot outside. He was sucking air by the end but did manage to do finish up with the sets of twenty.
