Advanced Driver's Ed, Monday Period Two

Today the class took place in a bustling city, albeit one with surprisingly empty streets.

"Given the past weekend, today we won't be focusing on anything too fancy," Bond said. "A simple high-speed chase utilising the first vehicles you manage to come across."

Though given the apparent lack of cars, the class might wonder if Bond had a high-speed footrace in mind. Then the sound of Greensleeves started playing...

It seemed that the class would be driving ice-cream trucks today.

This weekend had been awful. Bod wasn't going to try and sugar coat how bad it had been and he wasn't going to even think about the fact that he didn't know how to drive an ice cream truck when he got in one.

He needed the outlet today. He hit the accelerator and rocketed off the down the street.

After the weekend, there was nothing Nico was more ready for than a little destructive driving.

What he hadn't expected was for it to seem like he'd forgotten everything about driving. Everything from shifting the gears to turning the wheels seemed to go totally and utterly wrong. After his third try just trying to drive straight down the center of a street ended with a bent lamppost and car alarms blaring, Nico knew this was his curse.

The one good thing about school and Apollo had taken it away. Just great.

Hank saw a crowded sidewalk, and pulled over. He stopped the truck, got out of the driver's seat, and went and opened up the window on the side. "May I help you?"
