The Science of Sexuality, Monday

"Sorry, Sherlock appears to have come down with the flu today," John told the class, looking a little sheepish. And harried, at the same time. A sick Sherlock meant a sulking Sherlock who kept demanding things and texting him every five minutes to bring soup or medicine or a corkscrew (don't ask). "Which also leaves me with precious little time to talk to you lot today, so I thought we'd watch something informative about the birthing process this week."

Oh yes. It was a movie day. But it was an informative movie day.

"We might go into more detail next week, if you need it," he said, "And I know this is a bit-- old, but at least pretend like it's relevant...?" Please? "I brought pizza."

How better to bribe the younger generation?

His phone beeped.

"And that would be my cue to leave," he said, with a sigh. "I'll be back. For now, have the cartoon."

Which was Once Upon A Time: Life. About the birthing process (YouTube link). Oooooh, 80s cartoons.

Nathan wasn't going to refuse free food especially when it was coupled with a movie day. He grabbed a few pieces and sat back in his chair, propping one foot up on his desk.

Cally wasn't going to be smug about her people managing eight at a time perfectly well, thank you.

Much.

Mostly she'd just be enjoying pepperoni and pineapple.

Mmm, pineapple and bacon. Karla wasn't about to be put off her pizza just because of what was on the screen. For one, it took a lot to get between the witch and her food, and for another, this was a Hell of a lot tidier on the screen than doing it in person.
