Grissom comes to class, and immediately launches into a lecture.

Lecture on Pornography in regards to Legal Obscenity

"I hope you have brought your assignments in. Please share your example of media that has been classified as obscene and share your thoughts with the class."

Maia comes in and gives Dr. Grissom a note. "I am sorry I missed class Sir. I need to know what I need to do to make it up."

Grissom gives her a wary, skittish look, although he is happy to see her doing well. "Hell Maia, I'm glad you are feeling better. Why don't you find someone in class to help catch you up, you will need to take the exam on time, and if you could turn in today's assignment on Monday that would be great, unless you have an example in mind now."

Maia reads the assignment quickly. "Ok, um... Ok people who take photos of adults and age them down to make them look like chilren claim they are not breaking the law because the people they photograph are of age yet the images they produce are of children. While is it not illegal to do so, many places that produce images like that are considered obscene and law enforcement usually goes out of their way to find a reason to shut them down." Maia says breathlessly "Does that work as an example?"

"Sure, yes, good analysis of the material. Thank you, Maia. Let me know if you... ahh... need any other help catching up."

Maia smiled at Grissom. "Oh no I think I'm good. I'll let you know though." She smiles again and pulls out her notebook funny this is the only one she can seem to find.
