Library is OPEN - 10/26

Methos is engaged in a war with the never-ending pile of books to be cataloged. It looks like the books are winning.

On a short break from the Clinic stop laughing, that's not a joke Wilson found himself ferreting out the Library.

He'd been reading through Lucid Dreaming (http://www.lucidity.com/LucidDreamingFAQ2.html) the book given to him by Professor Dream and he'd found a few follow up texts he wanted to investigate.

Course, he was fairly certain that there was going to be some sort of procedure attatched to this so rather then just roam on into the stacks he walked up to the counter and looked to see if anyone who looked...librarery was about.

"Dr. Wilson," said Janet, nodding a greeting to him from behind a very tall stack of books that she was cataloging. "You need a library card to check that out. I don't recall you getting one yet." She pulled out an application form and a pen--with black ink--then put them on the counter.

Wilson looked a little confused.

"I wasn't trying to check out a book? At least, not yet."

Had a book crawled up and jump on him? He actually checked because around here, it was all together possible, I mean, come on...floating robots???

Janet peered around the books again. "Oh, maybe you weren't carrying books around," she said. "Or maybe I'm hallucinating books from cataloging so many of the damned things."

"You might still want to apply for a library card, though. You never know when you'll want to check something out."

OOC: Oops!

Looking at the application, Wilson gave a nod and took the piece of paper.

"Oh, do you need a card if you don't take materials out of the library? Also, I'm neither technically a student or faculty...so can I even submit and application?"

"Well, I'll double check with the nose in charge the librarian, but I'm pretty sure we're open to letting staff actually find things to read," says Janet, grinning. "Fill out the application and I'll let you know after I talk to him."

Wilson smiled and moved off towards one of the tables.

"Thank you. As long as it's all right, I'll probably check and see if I can find any of the titles in the meantime."

Sitting down, he tugged a pen out of his pocket, checked to make sure megapager was on vibrate and began to fill out the application.

That question is easily answered by the happy smile you always see on Wilson's face during work hours.
