Maia walks into the open lab and up to Sara's desk. She stares at her for a moment then finally states. "Hi, I've missed a bit of work, I just needed to know what I have to do to make it up." Maia is still in the clinic as a patient but is stretching her legs and getting her missed assignments. She has regular clothes on but does still have her I.V. pole with her

Maia takes the handouts. Maia nods at Sara's statement. "Paige told me, about everything. I.. I really don't remember anything after we left the Homecoming dance except you were red, when I was in the dark I mean, Paige told me, about us I mean." Maia is staring at the handouts. Maia looks up now at Sara, pain in her eyes. "I'm sorry, about us I mean." Maia hesitates "Thank you for coming though, to see me. I knew you were there."

Maia shook her head. "I had to have done something." Maia said barely within hearing of Sara, her voice full of guilt over something she could not remember doing. Maia put the papers under her arm and held a slip for Sara to sign.

Sweet. I was gone last week as well. Therefore...
