Library Open 10/25

Methos unlocks the library and settles behind the counter. "And the reaction to Special Collections reopening is... apathy," he mutters to himself.

There's a stack of books that need to be cataloged then stickered with "Dangerous" stickers as needed. Methos sits down and begins reading the texts to identify them and catalog them. Methos sips his morning coffee from this mug (minions are encouraged to fill said mug).

[OOC: We are actually going to put together a list of what has already been cataloged in Special Collections, based largely but not entirely off the Invisible Library. If you need a specific book (or a book that has specific information), please let the library staff know and we'll pull it out of a plot hole see if it is in the uncataloged stack.]

"Here, I think we have something," said Janet. "We'll skip Cryptography for Dummies and go right on to the Cryptography: the Science of Secret Writing. You want it? And Daniel would suggest something complicated, wouldn't he?"

"He's been pretty giddy lately," said Janet. "Hasn't he? Honestly, it's just been wonderful. Oh, God. I forgot to tell you earlier! Parker's in the clinic. She's fine, but her ulcer flared after that Ethics assignment got to her. They had to cauterize a rupture."

"Sure, I'll take a look at it. And of course he would. At the risk of sounding too much like the Colonel Jack, of course he would. Hello, he's Daniel."

"Giddy? Why, yes, Miss Fraiser, I believe he has...and I can't imagine what's put that distracted smile on his face..."

"What? That damn Ethics assignment again--someone should complain to the administration! Is she going to be alright? Have you seen her?"
