The class was meeting in the danger shop today, set up to resemble just your every day, average house.

Well, perhaps your everyday, regular fraternity house on a big party campus on a Sunday morning...It was not a pretty sign. It was darn near apocolyptic.

"Good afternoon, home ec crusaders! I hope you're ready to work hard today, because we've got quite an assignment on our hands! Behind me here is a house in desperate need of your help! I hope you have a strong constitution, because it's almost too terrifying to think of the leagues of dust demons and grease stains that plague this hideout of horrendous health hazards! Luckily, you don't have to go it alone. We will be partnering up again today, and pair will choose a room to tackle and clean until it sparkles! Cleanliness is incredibly important to maintaining a household. It keeps you healthy and happy and it looks very nice to boot! Now..."

He spent a little bit of time going over effective cleaning techniques that any smart head of household should adopt, as well as giving them a little presentation about earth friendly cleaners, because protecting the planet and our oceans especially was important! After all the boring lecture stuff was open, he presented everyone with a kit of products, buckets, and cleaning gloves.

"Any questions?" he asked. "If not, have at it! Defeat that dirt! Go on your germ genocide! Banish that bacteria! You've got until the end of class to do these rooms proud! It might not be the kind of cleaning house some of you might be familiar with--" And, yes, that was a wink toward Gunn "--but it's still pretty important!"

Hinata would be hard-pressed to deny the fact that, despite her greatest attempts at focusing on the lecture, she zoned out some time during all of the stuff about earth friendly cleaners.

... Cleaning.

Considering Jonothon's unique method of using dirty laundry as a means of interior decorating by tossing his clothing on the floor when he was finished with it, he was pretty much doomed. Yessir.

Cleaning?

Was that even a word?!

Oh, this was something Alex was not looking forward to, not by any means.

Cleaning? Please. Medusa didn't do cleaning. Medusa had people to clean things for her.

Find yourself a partner and get to tackling one of the following disgusting rooms! At least you're not going into this alone! First come first serve, so if someone's already chosen one, please pick another. Rooms and unholy messes are completely moddable in regards to details.

More pizza boxes than in a pizzeria! More beer cans than a liquor store! More couch stains than--well, we won't go there.

Clean this lurid living room!

There was no way Alex was tackling the bathroom, so she decided on the lesser of two evils. She stepped into the living room and wondered if anyone would want to partner up with her.

She wondered if Aquaman would consider it cheating if she used a cleaning to get the job done quickly.

Eating in this kitchen would officially be classified as suicidal. Some of that stuff in the fridge appears to not only have sprouted life, but created whole new ecosystems! Let's not even get started on the linoleum.

Clean this killer kitchen!

Jonothon stepped into the kitchen, looking around for a partner.

Any other time, he might have done this simply to remind himself that he wasn't really missing out on all that much, after all.

Today, he was standing in the kitchen in the hope that his partner was going to be squeamish around food rot, so that he could mock them mercilessly.

Why not?

"Ooooooooooooooooooooooooh~"

Delirium was serious pleased with the look of the kitchen. It was so messy it could only make her feel cozy and closer to home. "Do we need to, um, clean it? Really?"

//Yes, I'm afraid we do,// Jono replied, giving Del a sideways glance.

Well, this should prove to be interesting.

//People who actually need to eat would get pretty bloody ill, making food in a kitchen like this.//

Del shrugged. "Eating is, um, strange." It was also tasty, but she usually forgot about that. "Humans should, eh, leaaaarrrrn..." She stood there for a moment, looking at something that didn't look quite dead. "um, learn not to eat eat eat."

Jono just stared at her for a bit, at that one.

//Going without eating isn't exactly a learned skill, luv.//

Okay, so he didn't eat, but that was because he wasn't genetically Homo Sapien, per se. He was... Special.

"It should! I don't, um, need to eat." For some reason she liked to show off that characteristic of her.

Special people unite?

Taking a bath in this bathroom would actually be counter-intuitive. It takes the art of the toilet to a whole new level....and not necessarily a good one.

Clean this boorish bathroom!

Not even bedbugs bother to breed in this bedroom! What terrible things lie in wait beneath those piles of clothes? What horrors are hidden in the closet?

Clean this bedraggled bedroom!

Centuries of dust have collected on these collectibles. Souvenirs, scrapbooks, and sellables, oh my! Watch out for creaking boards and holes in the floors on top of that, and all the fun critters that creep in the cracks!

Clean this atrocious attic!

It's quite clear that whatever beast has been living below the bowels of the house is a strange and unkempt creature, of great stench and slovenly nature. Great is the courage of the cleaner who takes on this underground mess.

Clean this brash basement!

He, himself, is busying himself with yardwork while the kids tackle the interior, but he's available to be spoken to before, during, or after class!

I enjoy those descriptions way, way too much at 6 o'clock in the morning. XD
