Library, Tuesday.

Anemone was unusually subdued today, occasionally wandering off to shelve books, but mostly spending her time at the desk, spinning her discovery of the other day on the counter, or using it to tap out a melody.

Someone had to decide if she was staying the rest of the summer, or heading home. On one hand, hadn't she wanted to return to the Izumo and active duty for the last three years? On the other... working longer couldn't hurt, nor would more experience around humans. Giving her world more time to adjust to the idea of the last Coralian returning home definately couldn't hurt.

She'd punch the first person who insinuated that she was afraid.

Spin, tap. Spin, tap.

The library was open, and the aide was in.

[The OCD ran away from the heat.]

Del held the ankh with care. Since Didi was human, the artifact itself held no real power only when her sister was Death, properly speaking, that she knew. Maybe she was wrong; Didi had been rather upset anyway.

"I did put a string, but it was a fish..." Del's voice trailed off as her face emptied of any emotion, as if she were staring at something entirely different than the reality in front of her, but snapped back a couple of seconds later. She extended her free hand towards her, hand closed in a fist, and when she opened it a small goldfish escaped, a cord attached somehow to its tail. The fish was literally swimming in the air. Passing the string to Anemone, Delirium gave a little jump backwards, before making a rather ridiculous bow and turn away.

"Thanks~! I had no flowers, so I'll leave a fishie!"
