Kennedy was late getting to the picnic, thanks to sleeping all day oops finally getting around to rearranging her room; it'd taken her most of the morning and afternoon, and then there was a whole cleaning thing that had taken her a while because wow, was that not something she ever really did for herself.

But a shower and lunch later, she headed down to the lawn-- she hadn't forgotten what she'd told Elena last newbie picnic about upholding the tradition, so she was wandering around in an impeccable pair of khakis and a ridiculously expensive sports bra, her shirt dangling from her fingers. Look, just go with it, the King Cobra screencaps were so not going to work.

Someone didn't spare a thought for anyone time-displaced and unsuspecting, who might have propriety issues.
