The weather was still lovely, of course. And there were all these neat tables of moddable snackies to help break those awkward silences that were so common with teenage get-togethers.

As a mature almost-sixteen-year old should, clearly.

Well, if he was going to put her into a headlock--which really by now, she should have seen coming--she was going to respond by trying to kick him.

Which he countered by tickling her under the ribs with his free hand.

The kicking had to be abandoned as Karla needed both feet on the ground to try to wiggle out of his grasp. "Cheating!" she accused between shrieks of laughter.

He had no choice but to go back to tickling her. Truly. It was a moral imperative.

She couldn't really argue that, as she subscribed to the same morality. At least regarding insults and tickling.

"I take it back! Take it back!" she said, as his fingers caught that devilishly ticklish spot on her side. "It wasn't you face that started it."

"...Must have been your twin's."

Again, moral imperative.

Ben reached into the Force to tickle her like a giant cheater.

And since it was clearly an effective measure of cheating, she called in a bunch of invisible hands to attack Ben.

Though she liked to think of hers as "adapting to tactics."
