Break week or not, Gabrielle had arrived promptly to open the library; classes or not, people deserved to be able to get to the books if they wanted them, which she would actually tell you in complete wide-eyed earnestness if you asked.

She was contemplating what to do with her summer, though; maybe going home for at least the next week or two might not be such a bad idea. It went pretty much without saying that she missed Xena.

She'd miss coffee if she went, though . . . as the book she was currently reading on the history and origins of coffee just might imply.

Henry, who was very much not seven, was guzzling coffee today like it was going out of style. A certain little time traveler had decided the best thing to do was not go to bed at all the night before.
