Surrounding the room are a series of small bank vaults.

"Today kids we are going to see how you guys do pulling a houdini. You are all going to be tied up with rope and locked in a bank vault that is currently under constuction. Your goal is to get out of the ropes and break out of the vault. If you wish to partner up with someone you may, or you can work on your own."

Each of the vaults have:
safety deposit boxes - filled with typical stuff you would find there
An oxygen tank
A toolbox with your standard tools
A drill ((Not able to penetrate vault door, walls or lock. Can puncture safety deposit box locks))
A chair
((No power tools available. No cutting torches or welding equipment feel free to add anything you might find in a bank vault))
Of course you will have your virtual Swiss Army Knife and Duct tape with you.

For next Tuesday, you will be required to make a homemade smokescreen to use as a means to escape detection. Please make a list of the items you require and we will replicate it here in the Danger ~~Room~~ Shop.

Sam? I want you to come up with an in-class assignment for next Thursday.

Kitty? Please arrange a time to work with Cally to train her on to use the Danger ~~Room~~ Shop Technology.

Suddenly the leg started to smoke. Once a sufficiently thick plume of smoke started to rise Jack grabbed the leg and waved it through the air. After nearly a minute Jack heard the small clink and the sprinklers came on.

"This is a hologram, right? Why are we wet?"

"Why are you able to hold onto the virtual knife?" She asked, wiping wet hair out of her eyes and pulling her now damp t-shirt away from her body. "Just wait for the timer to go off so we can get out of here."

A few minutes later, the vault went dark and the door opened a crack. "C'mon," she said, throwing her weight against it. "I think it'll take both of us ~~since we're both so puny.~~"

[Thanks. :) We'll be here all night!]

Jack followed suit and slammed the right half of his body against the door.

"Here's to hoping. ~~I'm not puny! I'm lithe.~~"

Sam pushed forward, and the door opened a little further. "We're getting it." She planted her feet and pushed harder.

"~~I believe the phrase you're looking for is wiry.~~"

Jack shoved harder against the door, and it pushed open more.

~~"That too."~~

"Is it open enough for one of us to slip through yet," Sam asked, "I can't see from my angle." She pushed a little harder, but her feet slipped a bit on the wet concrete and she fell to one knee. "Ow."

"Shit. You okay?" He asked as he saw Carter fall. "I think it's open enough. You need help?"

"Yeah, I'm okay," she said, getting back on her feet. She was wet, she was tired, and she was still inside the damn vault. "Let's get out of here, Jack."

She shivered. It was colder than she'd thought. "You go first, in case you have problems because of your arm."

"Nope. Don't think so. You go, I'll get your six."

"Fine." She was too grumpy to argue. "But if you get stuck, I'm leaving your ass here."

She limped slightly over to the door and slipped through. Her shirt got caught on the way out, but she freed it easily.

"I'm through. Now you."

"Gee. I feel so loved."

After Carter slipped through Jack went next... and got his brace caught.

"Oh fer cryin' out loud..." After a few tugs Jack managed to free himself and get out.

Sam couldn't help looking Jack over. "You okay?" She was leaning slightly on one of the desks.

"Yeah. Just dumb luck 's'all."

"I'm sure they'd be thrilled to see you back at the clinic, if you're not."

[OOC: No idea if they've dried off, but the cut finger, the limp, and whatever he's done to his shoulder should still be real.]

"Yeah, you know I'm pretty sure I'm good actually."

[No problem, I figure I'll give him a ripped sling and some muscle soreness, that's pretty much it.]

"Okay."

[ooc: Janet, Sam, and Liz are in Spike's pub, if you want to drop by. We're hoping to run into Jonas. Or drunkenly show up at his apartment later.]

[Aim gives my compy indigestion. Jonas-Mun said she's still waiting for final approval on Jonas, so she lacks posting rights ATM.]

[Sucks! (On both counts). But didn't Red say something in one of his posts this morning? Welcoming new residents?]

[Jonas-Mun is now working on a post placing him in a hotel (On the GI Bill) until the Mun can find another Townie-Mun who's actually online right now.]
