Journalism Class - Wednesday October 19

Spider's nowhere to be seen. Instead there's a large notice which reads:

Dealing with nudity fallout.

This class session is to be devoted solely to the discussion of this topic. I'd like a concensus as to whether or not you wish to do this... or whether a display of your current homework will do. I am monitoring progress on these projects, by the way - at least of those of you following the directions.

Miss St. Clair and Delerium still have no other partners and I'm going to have to ask one of the already settled teams to absorb them or I'll have to assign someone to them at random and we'll have two teams of three.

Jake waved hello as he picked up his phone. After a moment he hung up again, looking confused. "That was the boss. Apparently we need to be at the clinic, like, now."

Rogue looks up. "Oh, hi Jessica. Um, I'm not sure. I thought we were kinda going for anti-STD stance or somethin'..."

Returning to the classroom, Jake and Krycek are glad to see that they don't have to go room by room through the school to find Rory. A step ahead of Jake, Krycek walks up, nodding to her politely. "Rory. Professor Jerusalem asked us to get something from you."

Rory raises her brows. "Oh...um, okay. What is it?"

George raises her hand. "I vote for working on and displaying what we've done so far on our main homework assignment."

After returning from her room with Jake and Alex thing, Rory raises her hand.

"I second that." She turns to George. "And I talked to Dr. Wilson about an endorsement from the clinic. He and House are going to think it over."

Xander signs in, and nods in reaction to Spider's comment. "Not to bead beat a dead pony, but I'm all for the option that means I'm not working double-time to impress somebody else's parents."

"Thank the gods," she mummers to no one in particular before scouting out her group members. Krycek is fluttering in and out with Jake, so she looks for Echolls or Harris. She finds one and slips into a seat near by. "Hey Xander," she gives a small smile in greeting. "Parents not coming either?"

Ivanova looks relieved that a general concensus on the not-extra work has been reached. She's still scrambling to catch up with her Journalism homework, and G'Kar won't know the difference anyway. She goes back to the mounting pile of assignments she missed, scribbling madly and slightly bleakly.

Chloe comes in behind Veronica and signs in. "Me too. And maybe some issues of the newspaper because Jake and I rock! That seems like the easiest, and most parent-friendly thing to do.
