In deference to the weekend's events, Bond had sent an email to the class telling them to meet in the gym rather than on the school steps today.

"Good morning, class," Bond began, once they'd finished arriving. "We were going to work on cross-country running this week but given that I imagine most of you had a somewhat stressful weekend instead we're going to be watching an inspirational sports movie."

Dru smiled back and tipped her head towards the video screen. "This may well be one of the dumbest movies ever."

Kurt shrugged. "You don't like it?" he asked. "I think it's pretty funny."

"It's okay. It's cool that little guy wins in the end. But physical comedy isn't really my thing," she admitted. "I'm partial to late night B and even C movies myself."

"This doesn't count as a B movie???" Kurt asked incredulously. "Because if this was supposed to be an A movie, I don't think Ben Stiller knows."

"True. It probably does," Dru agreed. "But I'm more partial to the B-movies in the horror genre. They're like training films."

Dru glanced over at Kurt's robe. "So is there a reason you're hiding back here?"

"You're right. I've seen it often enough. People don't like things that are different," Dru agreed. "But that's out there, not here at the school. I get the impression that people like different around here."

Having people she sort of considered friends was a new experience for Dru, but Kurt was one of them and her hackles raised on his behalf. "Who?" she asked. "Because I would be more then happy to talk to them."
