The benches in this section were a little further from the bonfire than the others. If people were sensible, they might want to keep all their clothes on over here, but Fandom, of course, has never been graced with an overabundance of sensible people.

"You're welcome," said Lion-o, grinning from ear to ear. "Did you have a nice winter break? I mean, you look like you did!"

"I think you're more pleased with this than I am," she managed, sounding amused rather than upset. "This wasn't really what I had planned on doing with mine, after all."

"Still, you probably had a better time than I did," said Lion-o. "I spent all of my time at home helping the Robear Berbils harvesting their candyfruit trees. It was delicious for the first two days, but I've had more than enough candyfruit to last me a lifetime."

"You'd think that an endless supply of candyfruit would be great, but the rest of the Thundercats were thrilled when I brought them supplies from Fandom," said Lion-o. "They loved hearing about my job at Luke's Diner and getting all the burgers I can eat."

"And I bet you can manage a lot of them," Triela teased, finding that more comfortable than focusing on her own situation.

"If they keep giving me burgers, I'll keep eating them!" said Lion-o, more than happy to talk about himself. It kept him from gawking.

"You've got to keep your strength up, after all," Triela grinned.

"And the pay isn't bad," said Lion-o. "It's nice to be able to send money and supplies home, where they need it."

"That's interesting because for me it's the other way around. The Agency sends me money and supplies."

Lion-o nodded. "But the Agency is pretty well-established, right? When I came back to Fandom last fall, the Thundercats were just starting to re-build after their relocation to a new planet."

"Ah, true. The Agency gets funded by the government, so that's a different situation entirely, I suppose.
