On this Very Special Monday, the Danger Shop had been transformed into a massive Ikea store, complete with two levels and a cafe. Students would enter through the locker rooms first, ensuring they were properly attired for the day's event before getting started.

Ronon greeted them with a nod, tossing an allen wrench in the air while he waited for the last students to assemble. "So, you all know Ikea - that island Fandom's sleeping with or whatever. And you prolly know it's holiday shopping season. Somethin' I didn't know till I showed up at the store on Friday. As much as I really don't care about your weird holidays, shopping seems to be an important and dangerous part of them. Today your workout's gonna be getting through the crowds and buying everything on your list." Ronon paused to hand out a sort of scavenger hunt-style shopping list to all the students. On it, they would find a variety of ~~moddable~~ basic household items, fake plants, lighting fixtures, and some boxed shelving units that weighed in excess of 80lbs each and all the acoutrements they required. Like those things that held up the books.

"Don't get cocky, the people are here to make it hard for you to pass them, and are likely to want anything you have. You have twenty minutes to gather your items and make it to the checkout." He was feeling giving by not making them check out, bag their items, or strap anything to the roof of a compact car in the parking deck. "Don't matter if you finish or not, we're all watching Jingle All the Way in the auditorium in twenty-two minutes. Let's go!"

The running shoes are all fresh to keep you on your toes. Watch out for the tank tops, too - no shoes, no shirt, no service, people.

Another Monday, another hour or so spent in the ugliest clothes known to man. Hannibal just sighed and got into the uniform. He was pretty sure this was Professor Dex's entertainment for the week.

No, seriously, there's a list of things to buy (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/) and really awesome shopping carts with ball-bearing wheels that can do circles!

Hannibal was not a shopper ~~not a shipper like I first typed wtf self~~ by any means of the imagination. He liked going into stores, getting what he needed and fleeing. Nonetheless, he grabbed his list of things, a shopping cart and took off into the huge ass store.

Of course, two minutes into the damn activity, he got freaking lost and ended up in what he thought was the kitchen section, sandwiched between dishwashers and sink stuff.

He was never getting out of this store alive.

Beka's no idea what in Mithros' name an ASPVIK series was and that was the first thing on her list.

Getting through the crowds, that'd be no problem. Mayhap she was too confident and thinking this crowd would respond like they did in the Lower City. She may have been mistaken.

Her biggest concern remained the list. "What language is this in?"

Yakko glanced at the list and started digging into his pockets to pull out everything that was on it. And some meatballs.

Yakko was a filthy cheater.

Now, Robin was small enough that he was able to duck and weave around the crowds easily. He had some problems at first with getting the items until the danger shop made them smaller once he grabbed them, the better to fit into his mini shopping cart.

Now that you've run around like an idiot in the store, the Danger Shop has been transformed into a really comfortable living room with huge, plush Ikea couches, and rocking recliners where you can relax with Jingle All the Way (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jingle_All_the_Way)!

After Hannibal made it out of the store, he was grateful to find some relaxation waiting for him. That activity had solidified the exact reasons why he didn't go shopping.

Everyone was getting gift cards this Christmas.

Yakko was relaxing AND eating those meatballs that he found in his pocket. Truly, he could do it all.

Shut it, he likes this movie and the violence these idiots get into over toys.

This is all my twitlist's fault.

I will always remember Jingle All the Way as the movie playing at the DMV when I got my driver's license. Weird.
