Language Classes, Tuesday, Oct. 18
Dream looks almost tired today. He is gripping a large mug of coffee and taking occasional small sips. He still doesn't have much use for mortal food, but he can see why all of the other teachers love this stuff so.
Hello.
Languages of Europe students: While I am impressed with your grasps of Spanish vocabulary, we have neglected grammar thus far. Today, we are going to work on verb conjugation. There are a few simple rules, but, of course, many verbs are irregular. Here are some guidelines that will help you determine which is which...
Dream continues talking on this topic for the rest of the class period.
Cat students: No transformation today. Instead, we will watch this documentary about lions. Observe and write a paragraph on what they are saying to each other, and to the filmmakers.
Also, I would like to begin introducing you to actual cats. If you know of one on campus, let me know so that I may issue it an invitation.

Re: Language Lab & Office Hours, 10/18
The guardian option sounded better, but one more person in her head, no matter how benevolent wasn't exactly high on her list of 'things to do.'
Not remember her dreams? That sounded tempting, but then she thought of the dreams of her mother and sisters. She didn't want to sever the only contact, however artifical, with her family.
"I think I'd like to try to learn to control them, Professor." Rogue smiles. "And if that doesn't work, may I come back?"

That is the choice I would recommend.
He goes over to his bookshelves and ponders them for a while. Finally, one volume flies into his fingers. It is thick and compact, covered in dark blue leather, and has Lucid Dreaming (http://www.lucidity.com/) stamped on the cover.
Here you go.
You may find the book ... I believe your expression would be new age-y, though the techniques are far from new. But it can be useful.
Come see me again if it hasn't done any good in two weeks.
Dream holds out the book for Rogue to take, willing that it will help her.
