Colette looked half-asleep as she stood before the class today. "We were supposed to cook fish today," she said. "But I just got off a plane from Paris and I think if I try to cook, I will slice open my skin with the knife or scald myself. This is not good."

"So today we have a free cooking class. Use anything in the kitchen to make something you would like to eat if you were about to fall dead from the jetlag. I can try to help if you wish, or you may work together. And of course the leftovers are yours to take along."

Sam had gotten pretty good at making soup, so he decided to make one that was spicy. If it didn't get rid of jetlag, at least figuring out what ingredients to use to make the spicy flavor would get his mind off of the bits of blue paint still on his face.
