Multicultural Fair! [The Gym - After Classes]

The benefit of doing something like this for the second time meant that Joan and Turtle had a much easier time of setting things up since they knew what worked and what didn't.

Turtle had, once again, provided decorations from Turtle & Canary. There was the requisite refreshment table, though it was primarily there to provide beverages, since most of the booths featured culturally appropriate food.

After set up was complete, Joan and Turtle sat down to catch up while they waited for the fair to begin.

[wait for the ocd or Turtle will kick you in the shin OCD up! No shins were harmed in the making of this post!]

"I can completely see that. And that your skills as an artist lie in really expressing your opinion of the subject." Dinah bit her lip, trying not to laugh. "Have you ever considered political satire?"

"But its not satire, it is a very accurate depiction of my 'hotman' brother." All said with wide, innocent eyes.

Dinah snorted and almost cracked up. Azula was a lot more human like this. "I'm suuure it is." She grinned and ate another bit of candy, muttering "hot hot hot" under her breath, then swallowing. "And I'm sure his would be equally flattering."

"I'm sure there would be dragons and fire if he were to draw me." And then he'd probably burn the picture. He was dramatic that way.

"You seem to be enjoying the candy." She took one and popped it in her mouth. "These are my favorites followed by the Flaming Fire Flakes."
