Philosophy classroom: office hours, Monday afternoon

Tara is in her office from noon, in the event that any students want to talk to her, drawing what looks like (should anyone peer over to see it) a sketch of a padded room.

[ooc: Mun, being in the Black Hole that is Australia, is posting this now because I'm online for another 2-3 hours and then gone until FH evening.]

Tara frowns. "I did notice some tension, actually, but you seemed to be discussing just beatifully despite it." She bites her lip, thinking for a moment. "Parker, the two of you provoke each other's thinking. Some antagonism in a debating team is useful - you stand a better chance of anticipating what your opposition will say against you. But if you really feel your personal feelings make you unable to work together, I can find someone else for this debate."

Parker thinks, tapping a finger against her arm. Flattered as she is to be asked to debate, she's not sure she can get through the week without doing *something* to land her and Angelus in detention.

On the other hand... It would be a good opportunity to stab a few questions at him. Jab a few soft spots, see if anything makes him flinch.

She sighs. "I'll talk to him. I don't want to withdraw. I'll let you know by tomorrow if you need someone else."

Parker gathers her books, and rolls her eyes. "I'll let you know if I have to take you up on that. It might me the smartest move, actually."
