BWI Portalocity Terminal [Saturday Morning]

Rather than fly from Philadelphia to Baltimore, Eric's parents had given him a lift. They had offered to drive him directly to the school, but he told them he would rather meet the group at the airport and take the shuttle. That way he'd get an early glimpse at all the hot girls he was sure would be going to his new school.

So now he was relaxing in the lounge, drinking a soda and waiting. It wasn't going to college, but it would do.

"Oh, I don't eat burgers," she said, shaking her head. "Sorry, I'm, like, Hindu. But I totally love like, fries and stuff."

She only barely knew what that really meant, because religion was boring, but her parents totally didn't let her eat meat.

"Can you have milkshakes?" Eric asked. He had no idea what Hindu was.

"I think so," she said, thinking hard. "Like, no one ever said, 'Oh my god, Kelly, put that milkshake down, it's bad!' or anything."
