Anakin sat in Professor Ted's classroom and waited to see who else might show up for the informational meeting of the Emo Brooders Deep Thoughts Club.

He snacked on one of the Twinkies left over from the day's music classes. A sugar high might not lead to deep thoughts, but it's hard to resist the siren call of yellow cake and cream.

So what are we to do here? Is it just a place to have a valid reason to be whiny and emo for marks engage in deep conversation with other members?

He thought about smiling but decided that wouldn't be quite the right response at this club. "Totally. Easiest way to get credit ever. I think it's open to whatever we want to do with it. Like minded beings discussing life, the universe, and girls guys everything."

Anakin nodded at Professor Logan. "Our advisor, Professor Logan, has offered to bring in a guest speaker named So-Crates for us one week, too. Do you have any ideas? Because I'm cool with a place to be moody, really, but we should probably come up with some stuff to cover our asses."

A guest speaker would be good. Perhaps we can also come up with ways to creatively express and focus our deep thoughts into more productive means that will let us pick up chicks and/or dudes by which society can benefit.
