Hopefully, all the students had gotten the ~~handwavey~~ message from Daisy requesting that the class meet in the gym this morning, in exercise clothes, and that they show up awake and breakfasted and ready for a day they could probably guess was coming based on that information, and that she was sure they were all looking forward to.

"Good morning!" she greeted them. "Today we're covering just a little bit of that 'living' part in the class's title, because you can eat as healthy as you want, but if you really want it to be effective, you have to pair it up with exercise." She started to send around some handouts. "Now, every body is different so not everyone's going to have the same effective workout as every one else, but today we'll just touch on some basic ones and then you can try to figure out one fit for you for next week!"

"Alright, then, get some water, you'll want to keep those electrolytes replenished, and let's start with some stretches. You can tell me about how your dinners went while we do that."

Well, hey, like that little compliment wasn't going to make him smile. "You're welcome to take a closer look. I don't mind."

"You're actually doing work," she said, smiling a little herself. Unlike her. "I think I might just be a distraction."

"But you'd be a very good distraction," he said, dropping the weights and smiling over at her. "I'd take you as a distraction over the weights."

"People tell me I am," she agreed, fiddling with the top of her water bottle as she wandered closer. "And I'm a little more chatty than them." Or a lot. Which she considered a good thing.

"If you really wanna learn weights, I could always help you out," he offered, seeing no harm in helping a pretty girl get all sweaty. None at all.

"I can't say it's a long held dream to become a weightlifter," she said, smiling. "There a draw I'm not seeing?" To getting watch, she got, to doing? Not so much.

"Draw is I get to see you lift weights," he said and smiled. "And sweat. There are other preferable ways of doing that but public place."

"I'd have to give up my own spectator role," she said, and she was rather enjoying getting to watch. "Where's my draw?"

"Is there something you want?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Watching is pretty boring if I don't say so."

"You didn't think it was boring when you were getting to watch me lift weights," she pointed out with a bit of a grin. "I'm seeing some discrepancies..."

"I didn't see you actually lift a weight," he replied. "You were too busy watching me. And you looked like you were enjoying yourself."

"Pretty good distraction yourself," she allowed with a shrug. She was at least honest about her mild ogling. "You don't seem to mind much."

"I'd be kind of stupid to complain about a hot girl looking at me, wouldn't I?" he asked. "You can look all you want. Hey, you can touch if you get the urge."

Angela laughed a little at that, and shook her head. "Sweet as the offer is..." She did not need to be complicating things any more than they were already. "I still reserve my touching for someone else."

"So, just using me, huh?" he asked, not sound too upset about that. "For your own enjoyment before you go off and touch someone else?"

"Yep," she replied truthfully, and grinned. Although it all kind of depended on that someone else's hangover and if he'd still be avoiding. Still. It was the right idea. "Sorry."

"Hey, if you ever don't wanna touch him, I'm flexible," he said and grinned.

"So you've said." She shook her head. "Not going to happen... Fandom weirdness notwithstanding." Because you never could discount going crazy for a weekend on this island, even if you hoped against it.

"Never say never," he said and grabbed another weight to start working with. "Nothing's impossible."

It was true, but right now, Angela would rather pretend otherwise. There'd have to be something seriously amiss for her to be with anyone else, and that hit a liitle close to home, today of all days.

She said nothing, but carried on watching, a little more pensively.
