Fashion! Etc., Etc., Etc. [Thursday, June FOURTH, FOR REAL, 1st period]

Edna was practically buried under a pile of costumes, only her sensible yet fabulous shoes showing, as she entered the Danger Shop. "Today we try on what you have designed! I finished them up for you--no need to thank me, not that you would, ungrateful teenagers that you are--and I have also brought in a rack of weapons that don't work so don't try to kill each other with them please. Put on your outfits, prance around, do a little turn on the catwalk--" yes, there was a small runway, "and ask each other for advice. Because yes, some of these outfits will make your butts look big. Best to know now before we make the final project with the good fabric."

Spandex and hormones. What a fantastic combination!

Arthur was trying not to think about the morning partly because it hadn't been played out yet. He was also trying to fit into his skin-tight spandex, and while he managed that part, the armor was still very much a hypothetical.

Nice reds and yellows, Arthur.

He hated everyone.

Shilo looked over at Arthur, grinned, and then let out a wolf whistle.

And then tried to look as innocent as possible.

Arthur was... mildly confused, and shot a glance in the general direction of where that had came from.

He mostly failed to determine it was Shilo.

Where was this sudden rush of boldness coming from? Before Shilo could stop herself, she found herself saying, "Looking good, your Highness!"

"I always look good," he informed Shilo, with a grin. Even if he was in ridiculous skintight fabric right now.

In return, he may have stood just a little more cockily. His gift to the world was having a fabulous ass.

Oh, she was going to regret this, but for now she was enjoying the flirting too much to care.

She got a formal bow for her troubles. "Likewise," he said, and only then did he return to his business.

Which involved hating everyone, except maybe a tad bit less. At least now Arthur was somewhat distracted from events that morning.

Dinah was not looking. Dinah was not looking. Because her brain didn't need to start wondering about hypothetical ways to cause theoretical future children, and Gawain could stay entirely imaginary from now on, thanks very much. Most days she liked Arthur, but it was better for the universe if it was not like that.

When she realized she was humming "Damn, Wish I Was Your Lover" she put her head down on the desk for a good ten minutes until she could hum "Re: Your Brains" in order to think again.

He was feeling yet more eyes on his person. This wasn't out of the usual, so it took Arthur a while to actually bother to go look for this particular pair--

Francine, god help us all, actually noticed him noticing her noticing him. And dropped her forehead to her hand with a sigh. "Could this day get worse?" she muttered. Because she was an idiot.
