Criminal Justice: Wednesday [June 3rd]

When the students arrived at the Danger shop today they'll find that it had been transformed into full service car wash.

"I'm switching things up on our syllabus today," Gibbs said sipping his coffee. "Today we're going to be learning how to capture a fugitive. Half of you will be the fugitives, the rest of you are the chasers. When we've done one round then we'll switch. If you need to know who this is done then we'll give you an example."

Turning around to look at his TA's, he pointed at Buffy. "Summers. Arrest Skywalker for murder. Feel free to rough him up."

When that little demonstration was done Gibbs then went on to do a demonstration on how to handcuff a suspect.

Finally Gibbs read off the following list of names:

Buffy Summers
Alice Liddell
Chie Satonaka
Dinah Lance
Helen Haras-Uquara
Jennifer Walters
Liz Sherman
Merlin
Rachel Roth
T.R. Wexler
Zayne Carrick

"This group is the first group of fugitives," Gibbs called out. "If your name was not read off then you need to start chasing and arresting people. NOW!"

[ooc: OCD is up! Setting is a car wash with all the appropriate items. "Fugitives" can try and run through/hide in the car wash or cars or anything else around the car wash.]

Helen took off running through the car wash. Though she had this strange feeling that should a good looking guy try to catch her... she just might be inclined to let him.

Diana took off after Helen. She wasn't fast, but she could run. Something about having an older sister and a habit of getting into trouble.

Helen hoped to be able to get enough ahead that she could duck into some small corner and let Diana go by without noticing her. There!

She put on a burst of speed, dodged brushes and hid in a tiny service alcove.

Diana paused in her pursuit and considered her options. She quickly tweaked the Possibilities so that she was facing in the direction Helen was hiding in and took off in that direction.

Uquar! Helen dashed off again, attempting to find another hiding place.

I didn't even notice that, oops. Diana scowled and twitched the Possibilities again, making sure that she was always facing the direction Helen was.

[ooc: *facepalms* Sorry!]

Helen could feel something. It felt oddly like the pull and change of reality when one got close to the Bounds. She frowned and came out from hiding to make sure one of Them wasn't close and frowned more when she saw the other girl. "What are you doing?"

"Trying to catch you." Diana informed Helen and dashed towards the girl.

Helen quickly sidestepped at the very last moment and stuck a foot out to try and trip the other girl.

Diana had not been expecting that kind of treachery and she went down, though she was quickly up and facing Helen again.

"Tell me what you were doing and I'll let you catch me," Helen said, dodging away. They could probably keep dancing around each other for a while.

Diana considered this. "Nah."

Helen rolled her eyes and dashed off again.
