After a really pretty nice prom, all things considered, Mac was in a pretty good mood, if a little late, when she showed up for her shift at the library. She figured Doctor Jones would probably let it slide just this once, and it wasn't like she expected anyone to be studying this early in the morning right after last night.

She was prepared for a perfectly normal quiet shift.
